Spoon on Island 106

From my records...Fall 2004 was the last WKMX book with Jones Radio and was doing great F. Jason Cage had a 21.3 F 18-34. Page 18

Spring 2005 was the first Styles book. That's where, on page 50 of that book, I see the huge spike in KMX male numbers...And the first book where WTVY came through. Hmmm, wonder how/why that happened in that same first Styles book?

And No, none of it matters to me at least. However, PFM having no web site in the year 2008...That does worry me (bring it back around to PCB)

Jason is a great jock and look how well he's doing in Little Rock ...surprised he isn't in a bigger market.
Citadel has a great cluster there... remember we left KHTE/KLEC long before it went south.

Agreed on PFM or any station for that matter...

If they put SPOON on middays, then I think you can put a "FORK" in ISLAND for good! BTW did anyoen see an AD for the recent SAVANNAH addition? I always thought when you make moves you move UP! Savannah is 157 and Panama City is 240. Then again there are those of us in market 2 and market 100. At least Jenn Wilde was vanished. The upstairs carpet on Laird probally needs to be replaced from th "excessive roller blading" LOL! Where is Bill Catcher when you need him?

The post from All Access:

Staff Changes At Magic/Panama City
JENNIFER WILDE has exited middays at Active Rocker WYYX (97X), with sister Top 40 WILN (ISLAND 106) moving down the hall to fill the slot. As of YESTERDAY, the 97X line up is syndicated LEX &TERRY in am drive, CHRIS ALAN middays, DR. STROKE (APD/MD) in afternoons and SHORTBUS radio at night.

At ISLAND 106, MD SPOON swings from nights in to middays and newly imported MIGUEL FULLER, formerly SPANISH MIGUELl on WAEV/SAVANNAH, hops in to nights.

WILDE’s promotions responsibilities have been split and slide over to Talk WYOO-A Show Producer JEN KELLEY and Front Office Manager ANGIE PHILLIPS.

What happened to Jennifer Wilde?

Market rank isn't everything. Miguel was Operations Assistant at CC/Savannah and did overnights/swing for WAEV. Making the move to morning co-host/nights at Island is considered a step up in terms of the airshift.
