Many hosts don't broadcast in their home market, but what's worse is they replaced him on his flagship station with Mike and Mike, who were already on co-owned stations WWXT and WWXX.
He posted this on his blog. Read from it what you will.gilpdawg said:Czabe still has a successful gig as co-host of WTEM's afternoon show, and that's not going anywhere. Maybe a self-syndicated effort... if that.
" For everyone who said: “I’m cancelling my XM subscription now” I say this: don’t. Don’t because it’s still the greatest thing ever invented for a radio fan. And well, if you cancel, and then have to un-cancel later, that would be a hassle, right? Just sayin…. "
I think all that means is he might show up on a network that XM is able to simulcast. Someone like Dial Global or Talk Radio Network could pick him up to syndicate if they wanted to get into the sports talk biz.
.......or maybe he'd go exclusive. He's in DC, where the XM base is.
