Standard Am and Fm is dead

I don't rent movies because even $1 is too much for the sucky crap that Hollywood puts out. Since you can't rent classics or indie films from a kiosk and I don't have good enough internet for streaming, I don't watch movies.

But I'm probably not typical in that regard.

In reguard to low power am stations such as dr. Flinn's. Is it a legal to in essence gather-up his amers and create a new high-power such as a wrec or whbq.
