does anyone know what the stations generate and how they relate to their ratings? I think that is the true test to how wella station and/or group performs.

1997 KVIL $32.7 million
1998 KVIL $34.2 million
1999 KVIL $32.9 million
2000 KHKS $33.8 million
2001 KHKS $27.3
So the record appears to be KHKS in 2000.
SmokeRing said:Isn't KVIL's 1998 number higher than KHKS's 2000 number? Or did you mis-type the 2000 total?
That's nearly 10 years ago. I wonder what the inflation adjustment would be?
Right. My mistake. And indexed against the market, it is even more.

Is it safe to guess that 2000 is when Chapman left KVIL? Was there a significant fall-off in billing at KVIL? And did that lead to KHKS's surge?
