I missed that. But heard Toucher said the only market show he listened to was L&W.

D&C had nothing bad to say about Buck
How could they? The station was promoting his appearance and it was the most talked about media item of the day. They'd look like ____.

If Buck were employed at the other place or at the Globe I have a feeling things may have been a bit different. They'll get another chance, if another broadcaster comes out after the season.
 
next thing you know Bob Gemere will come out of the closet, but he has to come out of prison first, he has about 4 years left before he gets "out"
 
Believe it or not Brudnoy once had the editors of "Out" magazine (I think that was the name) while he was still in the closet (sort of) as in-studio guests. David was not outed.

I also remember The Dean coming close to saying something about David but he held back. Andelman didn't. He once promised to "not throw rotten tomatoes at PhD Brudnoy on the nude beaches of Provincetown."

When Tom Leykis was on WRKO in mid 90s, he was talking about something related to gays
and said "I could name one local radio personality who is gay, right now" but he didn't.
He was referring I assume to Brudnoy.
