While I'm definitely not personally connected to all this, Apollo's point regarding credentials has a bit of merit. I believe Ms. Estridge was hired as a sales manager not from prior radio sales experience, but rather as the owner of a small two-person, marginal ad agency that went under. Having said that, she's certainly been at Entercom long enough now for the new cluster manager to determine whether she's capable.
Mouseman, I believe that your first statement is incorrect. It sounds like you are definitely connected to all of it. Apollo's point has merit? Do you know Apollo? Prior radio experience? Just because anybody has PRIOR experience in ANY field doesn't mean they know their ass from a hole in the ground. It just means somehow they've stayed employed in the same field long enough that they can say they have prior experience. It doesn't mean they were good at it. Like yourself, which mountain do you sit atop and make snide remarks? You know so much but really so little. I'm sure your the baddest mo-fo in your cubicle. Always a TOP PRODUCER, right? Your a joke. You sound like one of those people who want to stand around all night and talk about "when you were in radio". Oh, the good old days. You've obviously self crowned yourself judge and jury on this link. If so, I find that humorous. Your awfully defensive Steve. I mean Mouseman. Your not close to this situation but you know of her prior dealings before Entercom. (Or I should say, you know nothing of her prior business dealings.) You've proved that by your statements. All were incorrect. Your selling a load and nobody's buying it. You sound like a disgruntled employee in radio that can't seem to find a team to pick you up. Mouseman, what you think of yourself might be a whole lot different than what others think of you. I'd almost bet on it.
