As of today per All Access.

Still on their screwed up website which shows him on the air now (2 hours after his shift ended).

Rumor has it that Steve may appear on another station very soon.

Another spanish station? ::) The market is too saturated now.

Only one station would fit him, KJLH. Hot, maybe since he's Premiere distributes him, but it is drifting towards more of a rhythmic ac rather than urban ac.

Perhaps Steve got the Rosetta Stone Spanish course...

With this KDAY has just sealed their fate. Ive heard there gonna go Spanish.
It's funny this past week, I've heard from some people that claim to be on the inside, that the station could flip to an Alternative format. If it's true, I am eager for them to flip - is there a date when it dies?

The Steve Harvey show just isn't very entertaining. His co hosts are simply boring, laughing at everything the dude says. Absolutely no production value, and a series of dull infomercial type interviews. The bits are tired and the phony religious slant, and split verbs are getting so old, it's become downright annoying. The local inserts on KJLH make it even worse. Small market at best, It might work in some markets, but not in L.A.. What a mistake! Wonder when the deal is up...Soon I hope.

Stevie Wonder should've never let Cliff Winston. I miss Cliff Winston & The Home Team so bad. Heres how the line up was in 2002.

1. Cliff Winston 6-10 am.

2. Kevin Nash 10-3 pm

3.Lon McQ 3-7pm

4.Frankie Ross 7-12am before Tammi Mac took over in 2003. Goodtimes

Stevie never left Cliff go. Cliff left to join KRBV on his own. There is no hard feelings Stevie wishes him well. Higher rated station at the time it made sense for him to make to move. KRBV compared to KJLH was still billing higher than them. That was the past. Whatever KJLH does to their morning show nothing wont change. With that signal and the low population of african americans in Los Angeles it wont go far just enjoy it while it last.

Back to a true Urban AC playing nothing but smooth R&B,neo soul, classic soul, smooth jazz. Like how it was back in the day.

KJLH's anemic signal and the exodus of African-Americans from LA over the past decade are but two reasons.

Most of you undoubtedly remember when Harvey frequently finished first among all English language stations in AM drive @ KKBT, beating Dees, Stern, Mark & Kim, Kevin & Bean & everybody else before syndication destroyed his show (and Rick Dees's as well).

Yes I remeber his show was number 1 in LA at the time but now thats its syndicated its not the same show. It was local here in LA which made it special but Steve wanted the syndicated deal but radio one and harvey could not come to terms. I remeber listening to his show online when the Beat use to stream on the web.

KJLH's anemic signal and the exodus of African-Americans from LA over the past decade are but two reasons.

There's nothing wrong with the music it just needs to be dayparted going from a hip hop song to a gospel song doesnt sound right.

He had to play Hip Hop & R&B currents because KKBT was a mainstream urban. I remember when he used to all the hip hop hits. The reason why he is playing adult R&B because his show is being piped from an urban ac station in New York called WBLS. That the same reason why he played adult R&B on KDAY and ruined it.SMH
