I don't believe he has "operated" the stations since Patrick took in mid-2020. But the sole employee was not complying with the hand-overs of documentation needed for the transfer. There were no other staff members, and apparently the administrator hired by Stolz was not cooperating with the receiver. While technically he was not operating the stations, neither had he handed over the files, receipts and other documents needed to complete the sale... things like leases and service contracts.And he hasn't complied and is still operating the stations. Now what?
