Stolz to be jailed...

And he hasn't complied and is still operating the stations. Now what?

I don't believe he has "operated" the stations since Patrick took in mid-2020. But the sole employee was not complying with the hand-overs of documentation needed for the transfer. There were no other staff members, and apparently the administrator hired by Stolz was not cooperating with the receiver. While technically he was not operating the stations, neither had he handed over the files, receipts and other documents needed to complete the sale... things like leases and service contracts.

Yes I know all of that. He is de facto still in operating control of the stations and Patrick has been unable to hand them over to the buyer. Meanwhile Stolz wants to replace Patrick. He's blowing his nose at the judge. And he's now a fugitive.

Stoltz told the FCC in a filing that the receivership was about to be rescinded. The receivership was ordered by the judge who is now fining Stoltz $10,000 a day and has issued a warrant for his person.

I sense someone is telling the FCC a wee fib.

The judge has now ordered the release of the $1.7 million Stolz deposited with the court to the plaintiffs:

So Stolz lost the money and his three radio stations. I sense another lawsuit.

Against whom? The United States of America?
