Considering the one translator for Hyde Park that is no longer slaving off of WFME may have to do with the change of WFME from non-comm to commercial operation.
Again, they are not in the business of illegal operation.

When WFME switched from non-commercial to commercial, the translator (located on 90.5) was not authorized to run a "commerical" station, hence the downtime until they could arrange to re-broadcast KEAR ..
