Rumors become reality as CLEAR CHANNEL AC KEGL (SUNNY 97.1)/DALLAS will flip to Regional Mexican as 97-1 LA PRECIOSA focusing on hits from the 70's , 80's, and 90's on THURSDAY morning at 6a (CT).
97-1 LA PRECIOSA will be 100% Spanish language and broadcast the format "live" utilizing the LA PRECIOSA NETWORK and have ANNA DE HARRO in DALLAS with local news and information. ALEX LUCAS will host the morning show "live" and is the program director of the format. JAMIE ALEJANDRO will be joining us as Operations Manager and afternoon drive based in DALLAS, coming in from KSJO/SAN JOSE.
CLEAR CHANNEL Regional VP/GM & DALLAS Market Mgr. J.D. FREEMAN told ALL ACCESS, "CLEAR CHANNEL has had terrific success with this format in BAKERSFIELD, SAN JOSE, and LAS VEGAS where the format is currently #1 25-54.
