Syndication for 2020-2021!!

https://f.hubspotusercontent10.net/hubfs/4962667/2020 Syndicated Program Guide .xlsx

Been meaning to post this...Millionaire is staying on for the fall...it will be the episodes from last season. Also a newsmagazine called “The Daily Debrief” will be a de facto replacement for “Live PD” and Monk will be offered on eeekkends. This spreadsheet has been updated a couple times in the past month with some of the offerings that will and will not be debuting this fall. The Good Dish will not be starting til next year.

WXMI Fox17 airs The Now?Newsfeed at 7PM the second run of Modern Family airs at 12:30AM. Fox17 stop airing COVID-19 special back in late May and Modern Family went back to a full hour from 7PM to 8PM. I think they could've put The Now/Newsfeed in the 4PM or 5PM block to give the anchors a rest say put at 5PM then back to news at 5:30PM to 7PM.

And now his show might get shelved. Or he could be replaced by someone else. https://variety.com/2020/tv/news/ni...anti-semitic-comments-podcast-1234706748/amp/

so his talk show might not happen because of all this?
It was just speculation on my part...but I think it still will...he has apologized and will remain on the Masked Singer, and FTS is the main station group carrying his talk show. I don’t know if it was ever in danger anyway.

Ok so I’m back with some updates,

Folks in Cleveland, station WBNX has released it’s 2020 Fall Schedule which is available on their website.
The Drew Barrymore Show has a twitter page, the page doesn’t have any information about the show yet but they do have a poster with Drew and her show logo

Nick Cannon’s show has been pushed back a year, and it was on WBNX’s fall schedule at 3 and 11pm. https://deadline.com/2020/07/nick-c...ents-lionsgate-stands-by-comedian-1202988577/

I don't know where Nick Cannon was going to be or Drew Berrymore either which with Nick will find out until 2021. I hope soon I'll get to know where Drew will be on in West Michigan.

WZZM cutting the news to 30 minutes 12PM to 12:30PM and paid programing from 12:30PM to 1PM. Access Daily at 9AM and Judge Judy gets another hour 10AM to 11AM still on at 4PM to 5PM.

Okay, Drew Barrymore Show will premiere on September 14th. website is thedrewbarrymoreshow.com. Station WOLO has picked the show up but the site has no times yet.

Sister station WCCB has picked it up in Charlotte. Bahakel was not one of the station groups listed in an article I read so I didn’t see that coming, but good for them. I think it will probably replace one of the THREE airings of Maury. Two are the same episode anyway.

I figured it was going to WJZY and/or WMYT since Nexstar was one of the station groups listed in that article. But I was wrong. WMYT will have 3 hours to fill that I know of with the syndicated Chicago PD, Caught in Providence and America Says all gone. I could see them picking up a run of Kelly Clarkson and Dr. Oz to help fill the time. I am hoping WJZY will launch a midday or 4pm news or extend Good Day Charlotte into the 9-10am hour and if they do they would pick up something else from WJZY.

Drew Barrymore is going to the CBS O&O's. The site implies NYC will carry it on both WCBS and WLNY, as is the case with Dr. Phil and Judge Judy. Assuming it's an hour-long show, I bet it will air at 9:00 AM on CBS, replacing a Hot Bench double run, since that's the only hour WCBS has reserved for syndies until 3:00 for Phil. Assuming there is only one unique episode per day, WLNY will probably re-air the same day's episode later in the day or night. I could see them putting it at 11:00 PM following the third and fourth Judys to replace a 2 Broke Girls double run.

KSHB to replace American Say maybe Barrymore and Common Knowledge FOX4KC to replace Mel Robbins if they don't move Judge Judy to add 4pm. KSMOTV maybe add back 9pm with Chicago PD gone.

https://www.nexttv.com/news/fox-tv-stations-acquire-common-knowledge-for-four-week-test

Sony Pictures Television and the Fox Television Stations are partnering on a four-week test of off-Game Show Network’s Common Knowledge starting Aug. 3, the partners said Monday.

The trivia-based show hosted by *Nsync’s Joey Fatone will air on Fox stations in eight markets including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Phoenix, Tampa, Minneapolis, Orlando and Austin. In it, two teams of three players who already know each other compete to answer multiple-choice questions covering practical, everyday things that -- in theory -- everyone should already know. The teams face off in three rounds with the winning team proceeding to a bonus round to play for $10,000.

Fox O&O's to air a syndicated version of Common Knowledge from Sony Pictures television

Just like they did when they tested 25 Words or Less in August 2018, WNYW is airing Common Knowledge on sister WWOR My 9. It will air at 11:30 AM, replacing the second of two America Says's. Oddly, Xfinity lists this trial run as a different series entity compared to the one that airs on GSN, whereas America Says is the same entity for both the GSN and WWOR airings.

Drew Barrymore is going to the CBS O&O's.

yet in Minneapolis it will be on Tegna's KARE NBC and not CBS O&O WCCO ;)

Mankato it says KEYC but I assume it will not be on KEYC CBS but its FOX subchannel or sister station KMNF-LD NBC
(KEYC CBS's syndicated is Kelly/Ryan at 9, Phil at 3 and Ellen at 4. The other slots from 9-5 are national or news at noon)

I heard about the Ellen 'toxic environment' concerns a few weeks ago. Wonder what happens if she gets yanked off the air? Stations will be scrambling to fill that hour of time. That would also mean Andy Lassner and Twitch are out of a job too...
