I need a reliable source to confirm this. I was told my programming director for cbs Philly that they are going nowhere. He may be in error.
CBS Philadelphia does not air Judge Judy reruns. I thought that they were on Fox 29 in Philadelphia.
JJ has been on FOX 29 since 1997.
I have a good email relationship with the programming director of CBS Philly and its stations and he knows what will air on any station in the Philly market.
ie when Judge Jerry was announced for fall 2019, he told me it was going to be on WPHL. For example.
Ask him about True Crime News, if that's going to WPHL?
The Connors will go to WOTV as they need to get rid of The Goldbergs and put that on the sister stations of WXSP or CW6 in my opinion. I think in bigger cities they know where shows are going in syndication maybe even midsize markets as well which I was surprised that when JHud moved to Nexstar last fall the head scratcher was being on WXSP & the new CW as I thought Wood TV would've wanted JHud over Sherri?

Since 20th Television folded into Disney, Debmar-Mercury's distribution deals have been with Paramount. Not Disney.
Ad sales for most Fox First Run shows are distributed by Paramount.

Fox and CBS Television Stations signed on and so did Gray and Hearst but it didn’t say anything about Tegna. Interesting. Will WCNC drop it? WCNC could still keep it though and I don’t see WBTV dropping QC at 3 and QC in the Morning when they already cut QC at 3 to 30 minutes on TV to make room for Investigate TV+.

I wonder if KDSM Fox 17 in Des Moines Iowa will still air Judge Judy reruns. The station is owned by Sinclair.

Judge Judy reruns will remain of FOX O&O's KDFW (Fox 4) at 4pm and KDFI (More 27) at 1pm.
WBTV or WCCB could carry the reruns, you never know! But I know the reruns are staying on WCBS here in NY‘Judge Judy’ Renewed for 3 More Years
