Syndication for 2025-26

This post should’ve been made about a week ago but I forgot about it until now. Aging Untold, as you know, premieres this coming Monday on (seemingly) all Gray Media stations. WOWT, the Gray station in my city, will air Aging Untold at 1:00pm, replacing the first half-hour of Local News Live, which previously occupied the whole 1pm slot. But what would the 2nd half-hour be? The previous season, People Puzzler aired at 1:00pm, followed by Daytime Jeopardy at 1:30pm (2024/25 was WOWT’s last season airing Jeopardy.). When Local News Live came into the 1pm hour, WOWT sent it clear off their station with no overnight showings. It doesn’t seem like WOWT has forgotten about it, however, as People Puzzler will return to Omaha TV next week at 1:30pm, following Aging Untold.

My market (Mankato, MN) it will be on at 4. Kato Living (a show about businesses in Mankato area) moves to noon and will have local news with it. Gray TV pulled local news at noon last summer so at noon we had Rochester, MN news (different DMA) on both CBS (for half hour) and NBC (for an hour). It will still be on NBC (Rochester news)
 
WVUE-CHANNEL-8 IS GOING TO BE AIRING WEEKDAYS AT 1:30 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME BUT NOT SURE WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO 25 WORDS OF LESS WHITCH CURRENTLY AIRS AT 1:30 PM ON WVUE

He’s referring to the former name of Access Daily, the live version of Access Hollywood. It was called Access Hollywood Live from its debut in 2010 till 2017 when they removed the Hollywood. Then in 2019, they changed it to Access Daily. It airs live in the mornings, but in my market, it airs in overnights 😭
 
I think that WXMI FOX17 will air Modern Family for a full hour from 7PM to 8PM come Sep of 2026 I could be wrong on that. As FOX17 got Access Hollywood in 2023 from WOTV which downgraded it in the last 4 years from 2019-2023 which was 5:30PM 2019-2022 & 4PM 2022-2023 season which ended 19 years of airing Access Hollywood which aired largely at 7:30PM on WOTV/WOOD TV sister TV LIN/Media General/Nexstar and 7PM from 2016-2019 on WOTV when WOOD TV decided to air a 7PM newscast.

WGNO STARTED AIRING ACCESS HOLLYWOOD AT 6:30 PM IN 2023
 
Plus the recent announcement that NBC Universal Kelly Clarkson announced she was quitting her show. So NBC O&Os are taking the biggest hit as Kelly and the Access programs filled time slots. I wonder if NBC is going to produce replacements for the O&Os only. Or they going expand news I guess we will see.
