They'd then put real anchors on the air 24/7 to anchor news using NBC's news resources around the world. They would position themselves as the only true news channel on cable and get rid of all these talk shows and documentaries. They'd focus on real news, not soap opera stories like Caylee whatzerface. They would devote a significant amount of time to world events, something the other networks (both broadcast and cable) have largely quit doing. Become a news utility: a place that I know I can turn on and get real news at any time of the day or night.
If MSNBC did that, they wouldn't have to worry about what FNC or CNN did because they would no longer be competing with them.

Does anyone else notice that?
I totally agree with your post, especially about Chris Matthews. Nothing is more irritating than having him interrupt someone before they have a chance to complete a sentence. At least Olbermann is funny at times. I would pay good money to see him and O'Reilly step into the ring and go at each other for three rounds.tested said:If MSNBC were smart (and trust me, they're not) they would get rid of Olbermann, Matthews, Scarborough and all their other talk show hosts. It seems as though MSNBC has lost its political rudder since Tim's passing.
