Just saw the 12+ numbers, and Crossroads took a dive. Oldies WAXI was up, ranked better than their sister AC WBOW, and the Crock fell even further. Any thoughts.

Wow! Those are country numbers I'd expect to see down South, not in Indiana.
Good job Hi 99!

The Waking Crew has been on for a decade, as has Dianne House. Party Marty was on for something like 12 years, ending in November. And the only two 50,000 watters are THI and MGI, who have been the top two stations in the area for as long as I've been looking at ratings.

Here is what this board needs to think about, since there is a board, do you want to put your programming minds to use.....or just talk a bunch of crap on the board? Anyone want to have fun on radio again? Let me have it with this forum if you want to. I love it. You people are radio. Not the dead, number crunching people that thought that the numbers mean money! They do, but I'm on a roll....They mean rewards for the hard work that you, as a PD, and his friends, better known as his or her staff, preach every day. Many numbers are as worthless as a old burntout PD's ego, but some reflect the essence of a vision. Keep going, lose the fear, and take every opportunity you have to put up a banner. You are the last of the radio stand......quit talking....talk to win!
I'll be here all week.......

In the days of old, and most stations today their would be some accountability place on the sholders of the PD. If the Book has showed them anything, their oldies are the best they have going for them. Why leave it on a 3kw stick? Also, News/Talk seemed to score on distant stations, while the local sports format scored the same. UMM Why not switch sports to n/t??

Eric said:Mix has live weekday shows. You can tell the morning show and PM Drive are live. And recently I have been hearing the Night Show with lots of phones and games again. The only imported shift sounds like Middays. That guy sounds like he shouldn't even be on Top 40. A lot of the talent, Jamey Dawson, Julie, Tarra Summers, Kyle West, and Rich OBrein (now back) have all been on MIX since before the Midwest takeover. A lot of the weekend stuff sounds canned, I miss the Sat. nite open house party, it was a fun show to hear.
