The audio sound between Fly 92 and 1057 Crush FM!

I listen I the radio all of the time. I have noticed the quality of the audio between Fly and Crush. Crush sounds like their in the basement, why?? Fly has a much crisper sound. Anyone have the answer? All of the other stations sound fine, normal...I'm not picking on Crush, just noticing the sound.

Strange - I hear the opposite. Crush sounds bright and modern and Fly sounds like hey are using a 20 year old processor.

It doesn't matter....Crush is being crushed by the 6 kw CC Premium Choice repeater on 102.3...known as Kiss...Let alone FLY-92. Crush will be in yet another format a year from now with yet another name...which will also fail....

Radio doesn't practice what they preach. ADVERTISE!! They tell their sponsors they need to get the message out to the masses, but when radio stations change formats or morning shows, they do nothing. There are so many alternatives to terrestrial radio, I just don't get it. They will barter for ads on TV but will not spend any money to purchase them. Crush did billboards upon it's inception, but since has done nothing. I believe those billboards helped it achieve that spike in the ratings. Unfortunatelty it couldn't hold the listeners. Marketing basics: Tell them what you are offering and then offer it. I think they failed right there. Ok enough ranting.
