The Beat SA and Mega Austin mixing this weekend

And one reason why Mega is on HD. Besides KHYS even though I liked the station and listened to it the most ranked Number 16, KBXX, KODA, KRBE, and KMJQ where in the top tiers.

Probally in about 10 to 15 years we will probally see HD radio morph into a advertiser driven public satelite radio where you could pick up any station in the United States.

This would be different from Sirrius which would be your preminum content. It would require upgrades of all the FM station's antennas, and credits and transition delays to the low power, and non profit listener supported programmings including college radio. The FCC would then amend the Commnications Act to have Satelite radios to include free of charge these stations under Must-Carry provisions.
