It seems like the CW doesn't even care if they are considered a legitimate network anymore. TV Guide didn't even include them in their Fall Preview grid, probably because they had empty spots on their schedule.I am surprised we are in September and there is no schedule for the CW yet, just Law and Order Toronto Criminal Intent on Wednesdays at 8/7 ct. Plus, Tuesdays WWE NXT, nothing for Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Saturdays are sports and Sundays are movies.
The CW is owned by a conglomerate whose sole main reason for existing is buying up as many stations as they possibly can. Most of them are affiliates of the Big Four.It seems like the CW doesn't even care if they are considered a legitimate network anymore. The CW apparently still has the rights to season two of Sight Unseen as it is unavailable anywhere else in the U.S. Might eventually be slotted in somewhere; the second season already aired on CTV in Canada. They have been running repeats on Mondays, Thursday and Fridays for all summer. They are promoting Law and Order Toronto Criminal Intent a lot though. I wonder what they will pair it with.
True and given that theres talks to merge Tegna with Nexstar that means that the Big Four will lose their affiliations in some places to make way for the CW on Nexstar owned stations if approved. The CW is owned by a conglomerate whose sole main reason for existing is buying up as many stations as they possibly can. No that's not it. Nexstar is trying to have it both ways by owning as many Big Four affiliates as they can and as many CW affiliates as they can at the same time. They aren't going to openly junk Big Four affiliations for the CW.True and given that theres talks to merge Tegna with Nexstar that means that the Big Four will lose their affiliations in some places to make way for the CW on Nexstar owned stations if approved.
Hey, but atleast we have Penn and Teller and live sports from conferences you used to love! ..right?"The CW: Like a Television Network If Your Ordered It From Temu."
