But back in the mid 90's when the great Jonathon Brandmeier gave him the hook up at the LOOP in Chicago, he truly was fun to listen to. He progressed from overnights to late nights to afternoon drive quite rapidly in a very fussy market. He worked his tail off to make his show better than the day before, always searching for the perfect bit. He cared about what the listeners thought about him. It sounds to me that after some years of moderate success he has lost touch with his audience and cares more about himself. What a shame.
