Does anyone know why The Groove channel from XM is not on Sirius? This channel should be on Sirius too.

Not quite... it's the same company. It doesn't cost any more to put the programming on both services. Bandwidth? Maybe. Or maybe they're trying to shift certain music demographics towards one service or the other?

It's more a bandwidth issue. Sirius broadcasts using a rather dated and inefficient audio codec. On top of that they can't shuffle their bandwidth around like XM can. Sirius also uses a chunk of their bandwidth to broadcast video to their backseat TV service.
