That's "Dr. Heckle and Mr. Jive" by Men at Work (unless they recorded another one with that above title, and I'm not aware of it).

Interesting story behind that one. PPL eventually hired a new lead singer named Vince Gill, who would, of course, go on to marry an "Amy" of his own, Amy Grant. And his own full name is Vincent Grant Gill.

While he was with PPL, Vince Gill wrote and recorded a song for his then wife, Janis (of Sweethearts of the Rodeo fame) by the name of "Janny Lou."
