Does it really matter where CW ends up? Given the fact the network is hemorraging money and has putrid ratings, the more relevant question is whether CW is going to be around for the long term?

XETV has a LONG storied history in San Diego, as an ABC affiliate, Independent, and as Fox. Fox was the number 1 network this season, so this is a tremendous loss for 6!
