Must have just made the change. Was still ID'ing as KOAI on Sunday.

as of now all MOViN are still jockless... well kinda.. the PD in Seattle Lisa Adams is voicetracking a mid-day show and Rick Dees of course in LA.. all others jockless
I don't think syndicated Whoopi plays music. I believe she does four chats per hour and the station supplies the music, spots and traffic/weather update. Actually, I don't think there's any news on the show either.
I could be mistaken but if Whoopi includes Rhythmic AC music between chats, how does that work on WLIT in Chicago, a light music station?
Also if Rick Dees were to syndicate, he'd have to be on the air pretty early for the east coast. Whoopi is on 5-9am ET. That would be 2am in California, unless Rick simply did his show Sun-Thurs evenings and the syndicator tape-delayed it by several hours, not unlike Leno and Letterman doing their shows in the late afternoon. Actually I've heard Letterman does two shows on Thursday so he doesn't have to work Fridays.

Any ideas of any jocks that might fit this station?? I think Joey V might fit if he still lives in the area and maybe "Smokin" Kevan Browning.

I agree...I switched on the Oasis the other day thinking I was about to relax......boy was I disappointed! Another crap radio station amongst all the others. who in their right mind really wants to listen to a bunch of rappers (especially nowadays), that can only rap about booty an how they wanna slap a B? Really....it tends to get annoying. All the switch did for me was give me a bigger headache to the point of me giving up radio all together and relying on cdz. Why the hell should I have to go out and spend my hard earned money on some satalite radio just to listen to a radio station that was once free?
