As expected, the Rock format that's replaced Miami's Dance station in February, Party 93.1, is not doing any better. The writing was pretty much on the wall as Miami's previous Rock station Zeta 94.9 (a longtime heritage of the market)wasn't doing too hot. Zeta was replaced by a poorly executed Hurban, another station that's not delivering the kind of ratings some had hoped.
Miami's Mainstream CHR is also currently down to its lowest ratings pretty much EVER (!!!), and Power 96's ratings also aren't as dominating as they used to be.
Will this ratings environment entice one of Miami's station to add at least some/more Dance music back into regular rotation?
