Cox & CC did a version of "oldies" that was "safe" (small playlist that ran its course) - no innovation. creativity nor freedom with the music.

While I was listening to the B'ham stream, the outgoing DJ said this about the DJ that was just coming on duty, "Wow, (place name here) will be here after the next song, and you ought to see the records he brought with him to play for you."

I feel that what he said was true because he didn't have to say it - at least not that way.

Third time's a charm; just do it right.
