I was listening to 95.9 in Terre Haute. It sounded like 3 different "carts" per break. First, the station name "The Valley", then idle chatter, then lastly, the name of the song with "The Valley". I could tell the three different cuts during each break due to stepping on each other or too tight for normal speech.
