This is actually happening all across the country. CC had a complete management restructuring plan drawn up a couple weeks ago and they're starting to implement it. It's not just Greensboro. However, I would say that corporate has probably taken notice of the fact that they do need to spruce things up a bit a PAI Park, so they've probably made it a point to take the best of what they've got from wherever in the region they have it and make sure the Greensboro cluster doesn't start to stutter. WGBT (pre-La Preciosa) was likely a wake-up call... they're probably thinking "we can't screw up like that again."
So while it's definitely a cost-cutting move, I'm reading into it that they're keeping quality control in mind as well. I could be wrong about that (this is Cheap Channel we're talking about here), but given that they've made too many mistakes in smaller markets (and by wanting to dump those markets they're showing they want to focus on the major markets now more than ever), it seems to me that the last place they want to fall flat on their behinds in is market 45.
