I am just like every other person on this board (obviously excluding you justaboardop) that passes on things that they heard for discussion among other like minded folks. Things that are a possibility, the type of things that happen in this business.
 
Let’s remember that if this were an authoritative source… it would be called news. That being said, news sometimes begins as rumor, speculation, and / or innuendo. Even the Enquirer breaks news once in a while…

Let’s face it friends if what was discussed here met the standard of news this wouldn’t be the fun time killer that it is. I say let the spurious information fly. ;)
 
Well, my sources inside CC (outside of burlington) tell me that if the Wizard doesn't change then Champ will soon be making a "format adjustment" towards a softer sound and float more towards the oldies realm. They will also look to reduce costs by getting rid of their AM show and the $$$ that go with it. Just what I have been told...take it for what it is.

Only problem, CC is about to sell them, so this one doesn't make much sense. Plus last time I looked at the ratings Champ was beating izn in the key demos including that am show?

Class dismissed...right??
