The problem with just one host is that there's no interaction- nobody to bounce comments off of, no one to take the other side of the argument, etc. The dynamics of a 2 person show are totally different than a 1 person show, and in my opinion, a 2 person show is usually more interesting. (Plus if you don't like one host much, there's always the other)
And i haven't listened much since they started, but isn't it possible that Lisa gets the bulk of the talk time doing news, traffic, etc? What I heard yesterday, Ken outros a song, does a time check, throws it to Lisa who fills 90 seconds...Who's the star there?
And lisa's had success in AM drive. Moving her now to middays, even solo, would be a demotion. I don't think you mess with sucess, and without seeing individual breakouts (their show may be underperforming the rest of the station, which is why they may have let Paul Coffee (or was that Luke Casey?) go) overall ratings show the Wolf doing quite well...
And no, I didn't get an autograph. And if you want to meet her, call the station. I bet they'd arrange it...
