In San Francisco, one of the hospital chains has a 15-second ad that runs incessantly during local news, showing a woman with an ice pack on her foot in an ER waiting room..and suddenly, she's at home on her couch, petting her dog..because she signed up for some feature where patients can 'wait at home', in order to get treated more quickly when they actually get to the ER. No dialogue, just a cloying guitar riff.
I'm also tired of that 'Despicable Me' amusement park ride ad ('Find Your Inner Minion') that is usually paired up with the hospital ad on the news. No desire to see a movie about what look like living Twinkies who can only grunt.
