Well Yucco you are correct I am not a woman, I dont like the show, I am not the audience. Then again not being the demo does not automatically mean that I do not know what good radio is whether it is targeted to me or not. Im not the only one here who doesnt think she's the answer. someone else referred to her show in this very thread as "mid western sap" which I also agree with. No I dont agree with Elton John, dont put words in my mouth however I stand by my initial statement: She is a born again nut case, when I hear her take calls from women who are in abusive relationships who admitted to being battered and her advice is "trust in the lord, the lord will help you"... yeah Id say that backs up my initial statement and that was an actual break that I have heard a few times from Delialah. She's gotten smarter, (or she's been coached like someone got to Tom Cruise and told him to shut up in order to save his career), since then to not pump the religious agenda. I also mentioned when she started years ago in Boston on the now defunkt lite ac there where she began her career, she was bounced from there because she would not play the alcohol spots in her show because she's a recovering addict ( WHICH SHE STILL TALKS ABOUT IN every show AT SOME POINT) and didn't want to encourage drinking, that's it, she's a talentless nut.

Yes millions of women love Delilah, i never argued her success, but by that reasoning millions of women loved Michael Bolton and Kenny G., that did not make them good now did it?. Millions of people love Paris Hilton, that does not make her a talent. Dont make assumptions just because my opinion differs from yours.
