Old-school independent stations also, not the ones we have now that run infomercials 16 hours a day.

I think my situation is going to be the same here in Savannah, Georgia, Phillip.

We have via our cable provider Comcast WBVH WB 15 (Channel 15 on cable), a part of The WB 100+. We also have WGSA/UPN 34 (cable channel 13), a LP UPN affiliate. It started out as WUBI, an affiliate of The WB until early 1997. Now with the creation of The CW, I have little doubt that WGSA will become an independent station. I just hope that they don't recant their UPN affiliation before September, as I need my "Veronica Mars" fix. So yeah, I think The WB 100+ will just become The CW 100+.

As far as the future, I have DIRECTV and as such, will receive The CW via Tribune's WBZL out of Miami come September. <P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by FilmCritic3000 on 01/25/06 06:49 AM.</FONT></P>

WGSA-TV 34 is a full-service station broadcasting from Baxley, GA. They have an LP repeater on WGSA-CA 50 in Savannah.

Thanks for the correction, Trip. I know on certain occasions their signal can look a bit weak . I still think that the powers that be at The CW will simply convert The WB 100+ to The CW 100+. But then again, only time will tell.
