Tom Leykis making his long-anticipated return to radio...

He could buy that station with money CBS is paying him...I wonder why he didn't go to KABC with Bob Moore or KFWB where he is being paid...maybe CBS doesn't care about it being on KGIL since no one is listening?

The Tasting Room is NOT a infomercial. It is a show syndicated by Westwood One, a CBS unit. TTR did run on KLSX during Leykis' run. He has continued to do TTR after the weekday show ended, and is currently running in many markets. More info @ www.westwoodone.com

is he still beating women after company Christmas parties out there on the left coast?

He was sent packing from WRKO after using he used wife as a fireplace log after a company party.

Actually The Tasting Room is no longer syndicated by Westwood One. Tom explains in the OC Register to Gary Lycan that he has formed his own syndication company called "The New Normal." Here is the complete article:

...still pumping out the same old Bravo Sierra, I see. Leykis left Boston to take the Westwood One syndication offer, not because of any real or imagined altercation with his wife. One of the first Westwood One shows (aired over the original KMPC/710 in L.A.) was specifically about that "incident" with Susan as the guest...

No one will pay enough to buy CBS out of that contract until maybe the last 6 months or so, and I think it's till 2012.
