I should clarify the earlier statement: all the tech-related folks with WFMT have been great to deal with over the years - its the office staff and the apparent general confusion that seems to reign there that have caused me grief (unreturned phone calls and email, different answers to same question from different staffers, changes in feeds not communicated to affiliates, blame-game played between staffers when problems arise, lack of com between them and NPR's PRSS, etc.) I have found the uplink folks to be most helpful. Heck, if I was provided with the info they always have, the whole relationship would be better.
