Yes, the modulation of 107.3 is painfully low. At one time the translator could be heard well in the first ring suburbs. The problem could be caused by any number of issues, including a faulty transmission line or damaged antenna bays, or a transmitter that's putting out far less than the licensed power... or, it could be that Audacy doesn't give a rat's rump about 1400 and 107.3. That would be a shame because the urban gold programming on 1400 and 107.3 isn't half bad. Certainly better than what Cumulus is running on 1120 and 98.9
