95.9 in Garland is (illegally) feeding the "parent" station in Emory. It is supposed to be rebroadcasting a received signal off the air from the parent 200 watt fm signal from 60 miles away. I don't care how good that Yagi antenna at the 95.9 xmitter site on Bobtown Rd is, there is NO WAY it can pick up a 200 watt signal from 60 miles away!
