Just curious where the transmitters for these stations were located:
98.7 WNLC, 100.9 WKNL, 102.3 WXLM, 105.5 WQGN, 106.5 WBMW, 107.7 WWRX
Is there a website that shows exact location (street or highway) or could someone tell me where they are?
Whenever I have driven to the casinos I have always wondered where these stations broadcasted from. The reception of some of these stations gets interesting around the Route 2 area from North Stonington to Ledyard. WXLM, WBMW, and WWRX are loud and clear while WNLC, WKNL, and WQGN often do not scan.<P ID="signature">______________
Moe: (Sees a microphone in a radio studio) Ooh, a microphonie!
Curly: Or a phoney at the mike!
Moe: Quiet numbskulls I'm broadcastin'!
