Just curious where the transmitters for these stations were located:

98.7 WNLC, 100.9 WKNL, 102.3 WXLM, 105.5 WQGN, 106.5 WBMW, 107.7 WWRX

Is there a website that shows exact location (street or highway) or could someone tell me where they are?

Whenever I have driven to the casinos I have always wondered where these stations broadcasted from. The reception of some of these stations gets interesting around the Route 2 area from North Stonington to Ledyard. WXLM, WBMW, and WWRX are loud and clear while WNLC, WKNL, and WQGN often do not scan.<P ID="signature">______________

Moe: Quiet numbskulls I'm broadcastin'!

Go to www.fccinfo.com and plug them in. You can look at maps of each site.

Here's another suggestion:

The findradio site is not 100% accurate. I know of at least one
station where the google map shows the location of a backup
transmitter. The station's main xmtr is actually about 20 miles
away from that site.
