I have been asked to put a value on a Harris Gates 2 and an Omnia AM-3. Can't say as I know how old they are, but both appear clean and work well. Any ideas?

Just like selling your car to a dealer, that's the least it is worth. In a private sale, the transmitter is going to be worth somewhere between what the refurbishing company will buy it for and what they would resell it for after being refurbished and tuned to the new customer's frequency.
There is a used Omnia-3 (I don't recall if it's AM or FM) on eBay right now with a buy it now price of $2100, but no buyers yet. There are new ones at $2600. $1500 is probably an easy sell for the Omnia-3.
