Several Man from U.N.C.L.E. movies were created by editing two-part episodes together with some minor new footage; if I recall correctly these were primarily shown in Europe, not in the U.S.. I don't recall any theatrical release made from episodes of the original Star Trek series; both pilot episodes were used in the series, if that counts. Much of the original pilot, The Cage, starring Jeffery Hunter as Captain Pike, was ingeniously incorporated in the two part episode "The Menagerie". The second pilot, with guest stars Gary Lockwood and Sally Kellerman, became the first season episode Where No Man Has Gone Before.
