Fisher has laid people off all over their network but had some openings for KOMO. Although I don't know if you want to be in the 'news radio' sector.
Sandusky Radio is over in Bellevue, but I haven't seen them post anything in the past year beyond part-time work. They do need some part-time air talent though.
I'm sure KNHC, KVTI, KEXP, KGRC or some of the other non-commercial stations would love some volunteer work...
