What about "This Boy" (the title) and "that boy" (lyrics) within the same song?

Also,
"Boys," Beatles (and others)
"Girls" Dwight Twilley

And for a couple of examples of numerous contradictions within the same song:
"Hand in My Pocket" Alanis Morisette, and "Old Brown Shoe," the Beatles
