We spent a fortune to put the digital on our stations and is anyone listening?

No, not really...receivers are scarce and people are plugging in their satellite receivers or Ipods into their FM modulators. At least Ibiquity is making some money on HD. Think I'm kidding? Just for giggles and grins, walk into one of the big box stores and tell the sales droid you wanna see a HD radio. Either you get a blank stare or they take you right to the latest Sirius or XM plug-n-play. It may eventually catch on to some degree, but if the content of these HD and HD-2 channels is so great, why not just run the stuff on the analog?

Wi-Fi in itself is not a radio killer. Unless you live on a college campus or a handful of cities around the country, you only get it within about 300 feet of a transmitter. And Windows Vista should make it much easier for the average homeowner to close his or her Wi-Fi router so that there won't be drive-by Internet access.

Many years down the road, maybe. But for the moment, HD is considerably more viable.
