Gentlemen, ty for vindicating me. Its so easy to snuff out an IRN person, when their lips move you know they are lying. Like I said Josef Goebbels taught them well. I hope they keep bouncing affiliate checks,perhaps the affiliates will bounce them out of the market.

What does IRN have that salem would want? Doesn't sound like they have any bargaining chips in that negotiation- they don't need the infrastructure, they don't need the "sources", the only possible thing they could have is the 'talent'.

And if USA/IRN is going off the air, Salem can hold off and hire them once they've been fired, and hire just the ones they want, and at salarys that are acceptable to Salem, as opposed to what USA was paying...

But even if we've heard the term, what does that have to do with this discussion? For it to be slander, it's got to be demonstrably false. And generally has to be printed in a mass medium. Since the TOS here says that every post is just the posters opinion, you've got a bighurdle to jump right there.

Then it's got to be false. Since that post is obviously opinion, that's a second huge hurdle right there.

As a Lawyer, Eggsy, you're not all you're 'cracked' up to be....(Get it, Eggs, cracked, damn, i "crack" myself up some days)
 
Ahh Little 1 we agree on something. The "slander" etc. is a Bates IRN tactic to intimidate an opposing point of view. I have colleagues who work(ed) at IRN. I had to unfortunately and been punished I suppose into running their programs. They call one News and Views" and if Larry and Chuck Bates host it,you can expect name calling ,(worse than Rush)
distortion of facts, or if they don't know something they make it up on the spot. Salem is a bastion of radical liberalism compared to this father and son duo. Embellishment of accomplishment is their creed.
Like I said I hope they bounce a few more checks in paying their affiliates (one reportedly was close to $7,000.00 isn't that larceny?)

Second Did John Russell hire you and were you asked to go to the discussion groups and"spin" the buy out of uSAand praise IRN?
Why do you like IRN? If you are a journalist,then you could easily find the facts you asked Huey for,yourself. Go do your homework.
