Vibe Vegas 94.5fm

Well, I've always "trolled" a bit, just looking at what people had to say from time to time. I just decided to finally say something. Now that we finally have our signal in Vegas, I can talk a bit more openly. Without a doubt though, of course I appreciate what the listeners have to say, always have. I also appreciate what others in the industry think, including all of you.

I've always been a believer of this format and the music. And I've always believed that if this format can be a success anywhere in the US, then Las Vegas is a city already primed for this. There have even been times when I have been shocked by the response of listeners/advertisers here, and I mean that in a good way. It's quite an intriguing situation honestly. For those on this forum that have said this format can't and won't work, and that advertisers will never truly buy into it, and that we have no chance of getting national placements - I/we can now prove you wrong on all accounts. It hasn't been easy, and I can understand their points of view, but I simply do not agree and will do everything I can to prove them all wrong.

Thanks to all of you for your comments, honesty and dedication to the dance format and music. Many voices together are always stronger than just one alone.

Standing O! Believe me, here in the Jersey Shore, I was also overwhelmed with listener support and local advertisers contacting me when I operated 967party.com, and the word got out on the streets thinking this was an actual commercial dance station. You will be amazed of how Vibe will grow even bigger now that it pulsating the streets of Vegas. Keep up the good work over there, much love from Jersey! 8)

Agreed whole heartedly. And thanks to the Jersey Shore! Glad you like the VIBE!

As a casual listener and dance fan, not in the industry, this station is by far the best dance station this decade for the new wave of dance music that has hit the airwaves in the recent past and present. It has the listening strength (if that's even a phrase?) that B-96 had in the early 90s, Hot 97 the same time frame, and other giants in their day. Vibe is very true to dance and even more so than the above mentioned. Definitely my favorite station on my Blackberry, Mac Mini and anywhere else I can access the internet here in the cornfields of Illinois, a different kind of flat desert! Thanks for a great radio station!!!! Keep it going....

I will definately say the presentation, and the mix of mainstream and CLUB DANCE and remixes is great,, its right up their with the school stations,, I was glad that when we lost all our dance stations this past year that the vibe and all the school stations stuck with dance cause they were my faves... I will be honest and say I wasnt too crazy about KNGY in the past two years, but I did like the Jocks,, im glad the morning show ended up on Movin. I wasnt too big a fan of Pulse really, it was too much Diva Dance,, I actually like Party better,,, I think the New Yorkers need to stop crying when they have a station in town still supporting dance... Right Tony?? and Brett???? :p
