Von Haessler/Baron podcast

Just listened to all of Podcast #2 again tonight (from Jimmy's deck) - I think they all did a great job for the second time out...however, I have to be honest when I say that Tim Andrews brings something extra to the Podcast...the guy is a natural...sounds very in-tune with what's going on, and seems to flow seemlessly in and out of the conversation as necessary. An underrated talent, to say the least.

Good luck to all three of you - it'll be my substitute to AM drive on my iPod for the time being.

It wasn't bad for a start, but they clearly need a point guy. Eric is right, though, it's going to sound like a podcast because it's a podcast.
 
I listened to the second one yesterday and I thought it was pretty good. EVH and Baron sound more comfortable, and Tim Andrews had a couple of funny lines and did his usual great GWB impression. I know it’s brand new and they need time to work on things, but I have some constructive criticism for Von Haessler. Sometimes (in my non-expert opinion) I think he strays from entertainment and gets a little too serious or “preachy” while making a point.

Overall, I really like this show. I think they’re a great team and I’ll be listening every week. I hope the podcast leads to bigger and better things.
