WAJP 107.7 Perry

RNR - if you're inheriting anything --- may I suggest at least one station in a four FM clusterf in PCB to "marry" into??? It's 172 today in Nashville. I think WE all deserve a beach, a lot of gin and/or beer and a table at Capt A's with an A++++ ENGR tellin tales.

Without going into detail explaining and justifying my opinion, the three Perry FMs and only AM should be as follows:

FM 1: Country

FM 2: Adult Hits

FM 3: News-Talk

WPRY-AM: Sports

Sounds like Perry has NO local radio to speak of. No AM at all for now. WNFK's morning show is piped in from Tallahassee and with no web sites for the other 2, from where I am I have no idea what they are doing. I think JMT might be on to something with programming though.

I heard 107.7 touting possibly a Twitter or Facebook page (or maybe just an e-mail link), but no official website I know of.

Wha' hop' to 1400???

Did WPRY ever get back on the air? What's up with WFDZ? Aren't they owned by the same people? I also think there is a TV Station in the mix or was.

Here's the website: http://www.hispanictargetmedia.info/our-stations.html

My assumption as to why the Regional Mexican format didn't work is according to the demographics, the hispanic population is at only 1.9%!

With the other two Country stations sounding kinda similar (from what I've listened to), I also wander why this station also jumped on board with the Country format, unless they are doing Classic Country. I listened to them on I-10 back in January and the audio didn't seem too clear; at first I thought I was listening to a pirate station...

If I want to contact the station with official business

How could I contact someone from the station to discuss something business like that I prefer not to post to the public. Could someone send me an email to contact. Thank you. My e mail is attached as my username to this message. Thank you.
