When I worked there, I never had problems with harmonics going out of FCC specs. If they do, the odd-numbered harmonics are more likely to cause trouble. (Any of you ham radio types remember the old trick of using a 40 meter dipole on 15 meters?) So the troublesome harmonic for WARM would be the third harmonic at 1770 kHz.
