He hasn't been proven right about anything. He's 2-0 in successfully trolling, but that's about it. He's proven that he knows nothing about what's going on at WDJO, and I'd hazard a guess he knows nothing about any other station in town as well.

If you're going to troll, at least be interesting or amusing. This is weak.

I know alot more than you could imagine.

If you think you are so brilliant, let us debate economics, I know who is going to win that one. You are probably someone who believes that "Hope and Change" garbage. So, how is that economy working for you, now?

I have to admit, I am having a good laugh. I am 2-0 and you guys are 0-2. However, seriously, most of this is really common sense or basic economics. I love the music that 'DJO plays. When any company, in any sector of the economy is poorly run, these types of issues will happen, each and every time, read the Wall Street Journal. I seriously doubt 'DJO will be around in a couple of years, let us put it that way. I love oldies, but, you also have to pay attention to business principles, like them or not.

Here's his original quote from early February:

"Before the end of the month, something very interesting will happen with 'DJO. You doubted me the last time, do not this time."

Does this sound like he's talking about lawsuits? And if you really want a good laugh, Google his name (like Marty earlier suggested)...

I just meant that the real estate market was lousy.

Congratulations. Have you broken your arm yet, patting yourself on the back repeatedly?

Please.

Good point, JRY. Yes, sometimes, that does happen, and I agree with you. A very good friend of mine is a bankruptcy attorney and a very good one. My friend was a National Merit Scholar at St. X and his undergrad is in Chemistry. He said many times, not always, people try to hide money from the bankruptcy court. Your situation does sound like a crappy deal, I would have to agree. Banks can really be anal about certain issues, I know from experience. Hopefully, it is working well for you.

But, the takeaway here, NDXU is that the second corp. wasn't just fired up to dodge or mislead. They did this when they took on 1480.
I remember when i bought station number three the bank forced me to set up a second corporation.
It took me a couple of years and a few thousand dollars to merge the two.

Crappy deal.

I borrowed 92% of the purchase price no #3. The bank was worried that i'd use cashflow from 3 to reenforce 1 and 2 as 3 was a cash cow. As soon as i could (it took about 5 plus years) i changed lenders and paid down a chunk of the debt. Then filed the IRS paperwork and merged everything. By then, it was 6 properties.

Not unlikely. If you can find WDJO on your radio without assistance, you know more than I imagine you know. We *both* know more than the other one thinks.
